Decramastic roof restoration process:
The roof restoration service is a multi-stage process, commencing with high pressure water cleaning to remove all dirt, grime & mould. Before we undertake any restoration, it is important to repair any broken component of your roof. This is key to ensuring that your roof is functional as well as new-looking.
We replace old lead nails or rusty screws and replace blades where required. Next we apply a penetrol oxide inhibitor to the entire oxidized surface.
This prepares the surface for the application of a sealer coat/primer, followed by the application of coloured roofing membrane/paint.

Depending on the size and scale of your roof, a decramastic roof restoration may cost as little as $2,000 (exclusive of GST).
How often do decramastic roofs need to be restored?
Decramastic roofs can last up to 15 to 30 years.
As soon as you identify any damage or rust in your decramastic roof, you should take action to repair it as soon as possible. If you don’t, the rust will spread further and may cause a larger point of entry for water to enter your home.
If the rust has caused corrosion, remove it by lightly sanding it. Once the rust is removed, apply metal primer, and two coats of paint.
